WIT is delighted to welcome Declan McGuire as our new Graphic Designer on the Partner Success team. 

Born and raised in Chicago, Declan joins WIT’s Windy City contingent with a unique blend of passion, experience, and creativity. An avid Chicago sports fan and proud member of the Chicago Blackhawks ‘Ice Crew’, Declan has an affinity for both hockey and lacrosse.

After completing his undergraduate studies (lacrosse stick in hand) at Lafayette College, Declan furthered his education by earning a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Illinois State University. It was there that his passion for design truly took hold, and in subsequent marketing roles he seized creative opportunities to continue learning and expanding his skills. This growth mindset and his keen eye for detail are already making him a rising star at WIT.

“I’m really excited to learn more about the partnership side of the industry and to help grow things from a design perspective," McGuire said. "Whether it’s working on decks, enhancing brand identity, or streamlining operations, I’m eager to contribute to the team’s success.”
