The National Sports Forum has officially wrapped, and it was an engaging several days for our team. From diving into insightful conference sessions to reconnecting with partners and meeting so many new faces, the event was full of meaningful conversations and valuable opportunities for learning, collaboration, and relationship-building.
A key theme throughout the conference was clear: how can brands continue to innovate in an increasingly crowded landscape and attract new fans from diverse audiences? The discussion focused on what it takes to stand out, and more importantly, how to create partnership and fan engagement touchpoints that are personalized, relevant, and truly resonate – topics WIT is uniquely positioned to contribute to, and our team on the ground did just that.
Tom and Ben delivered a standing-room-only breakout session on engagement and partnership activation, diving into ‘always on’ strategies that keep fans engaged year-round. They explored how gamified data capture builds richer first-party data over time, why that data is crucial to long-term success, and how to turn engagement into revenue growth.

Izzy and Tom presented as finalists at the SAMMY Awards, showcasing how WIT transforms strategy into scalable action. They highlighted last year’s 7 Brew Flavor Madness Scratch ‘N Win campaign, where daily flavor features drove drive-thru visits while educating customers on the full menu.

Across both sessions, the message was clear: innovation today isn’t about simply reaching fans — it’s about building personalized, purposeful experiences that create lasting connections and deliver performance at scale.
Elsewhere, Team WIT was lucky enough to visit the homes of the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, and St. Louis City SC, adding more unforgettable moments to an already impactful week.

Overall, a hugely valuable week for us in St. Louis! We’re proud of our team for doing a fantastic job of leading the industry conversation and representing WIT at the highest level. They shared who we are and what we do, demonstrated our core values, contributed as a trusted fan engagement partner, and made the most of every opportunity to learn, grow, and strengthen our brand. Congratulations, team!
We’re already looking ahead and counting down to next year!
