We’re delighted to welcome three new team members to WIT: 

Grant Parsons - Sr. Manager, Brand Partnerships
Isabelle Madrid - Partner Success Manager
Loucas Xenakis - Account Coordinator

Parsons joins us with experience in consumer goods and influencer marketing, with a strong focus on sales and business development. He’s hit the ground running, fostering partner relationships and contributing innovative ideas to fuel growth. 

“I am thrilled to join the WIT team! I’m excited to bring my skills to the table, take on new challenges, and contribute to meaningful work alongside such a talented team,” said Parsons.

Madrid brings a rich background in marketing, project management, and executing compelling partner activations. She's already making her mark with a focus on building strong relationships, giving back, and creating memorable experiences that leave fans and partners feeling valued and inspired. 

“I am very excited to join WIT and collaborate with a talented team. I am looking forward to helping partners reach their goals, grow together, and make an impact,” stated Madrid. 

In addition, after interning with WIT last summer and graduating from Washington University in St. Louis this spring, Xenakis officially joined the Partner Success team as a full-time Account Coordinator. Studying Marketing, Design, and the Business of Sports at WashU, he’s stepped into his new role where he's focused on creatively bringing our partners’ digital activations to life. Xenakis is especially excited to help unlock even more engaging, measurable, and impactful fan experiences—building activations that not only look great, but also drive real value for WIT’s sports and brand partners.
